Scream VI hits all the right beats for me, it’s got cleverness, cool kills, humour, great pacing and performances that drive the whole film forward, combined with good direction and smart writing it’s really the franchise’s best offering.

Overall, the film is bloody and satisfying, boasting great performances from the core four (Barrera, Ortega, Brown and Gooding), the film delivers brutality and spectacle, it leaves old fans hungry for more and invites new fans to bathe in the awesomeness of the meta franchise.
